A: We divide in-game consumption behavior into two types: direct purchase and recharge. Direct purchase means that you get game items (such as most gift packs, collection funds, etc.) by directly deducting your money, while recharge is the act of exchanging money for blue diamonds at a certain rate on the RECHARGE page in the MALL.
The first recharge reward is only available for recharge behavior, so direct purchase behavior is not eligible for it.
Q: When will the new service be opened?
A: Due to the high number of registrations currently, which is far beyond our plan, we do not have a fixed number of opening servers, but we will ensure that servers are opened according to the visiting amount every day. If you find that the recommended server is full, it is suggested that you try to go to another server with a green status or wait for a new server to open (the new server may take a while to show up).
Q: I want to go to a friend's server, but it says it's full, what should I do?
A: Hi dear, I am sorry that every server has a maximum limit for register account because the server needs to protect the account safety of players who have existed and their game experience. So I am afraid that you can only play with your friends in the latest server when it shows green status.
A: According to our setting, the players will unlock the skill equip function when they reach lv 140 and R1, and then you could equip your skill as you want.
Q: Does this game have 60fps?
A: At present, there is only a 30fps mode in the game. We have heard the expectations for the 60fps mode. We will continue to optimize the technical support of the game to bring you a better gaming experience.
Q: The artifact registering reward is displayed abnormally (the red dot can not be claimed, it is displayed as a fragment), please fix it as soon as possible.
A: At present, we have noticed that feedbacks on the abnormal display of artifacts rewards, and it is expected that this problem will be fixed around 28th, Oct. Thank you all for your support and feedback.
Q: What should I do if the game lags and crashes?
A: If you encounter problems such as lags and crashes, please provide your character info and device info to our customer service, and we will continue to optimize the game's compatibility with devices.
A: Our game has a promotion system, and the completion of the promotion has certain preconditions, that is, a certain level and the completion of the corresponding promotion task. Take R1 as an example, you need to reach lv140 and complete the R1 promotion task to change from R0 to R1. For R2, the level requirement is lv200.
Q: How to bind a guest account?
A: If you are currently a guest and want to bind an account, you can find the bind icon on the right side of the login interface, click it and complete the next steps to bind.
Q: There is a bug in the expedition album, I can't experience it.

Q: Why did my account disappear?
A: According to the situation you described, you may have participated in CBT, but our CBT is a test without payment for data deletion. Now that our game has entered the OBT stage, the CBT account information will no longer exist. It is recommended that you experience the official version of the game. Player data in the OBT stage will not be deleted.
